Calli is the leading influencer marketing platform for authors and book-adjacent brands. We connect authors with influencers on BookTok, Bookstagram, and beyond, and our white-glove campaigns are in high demand. We’re looking for a sharp, motivated coordinator to join our team and support client campaigns from start to finish.
As Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping author influencer marketing campaigns organized and on track. You’ll work under the guidance of our Head of Operations to ensure authors and influencers have a seamless experience. This is a hands-on, entry-level role with lots of room to grow into client-facing responsibilities.
- Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns for authors.
- Draft campaign briefs, track deliverables, and manage campaign calendars.
- Coordinate influencer outreach, negotiations, and logistics.
- Prepare client updates, progress reports, and end-of-campaign summaries.
- Keep campaign management tools up to date.
- Provide administrative support on calls, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Look for ways to improve workflows and documentation for scale.
- Recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, project coordination, or related roles.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interested in publishing, books, or influencer marketing (bonus but not required).
- Startup mindset: flexible, curious, and willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Base salary: $45,000–$55,000 (depending on experience).
