We connect authors with influencers on BookTok, Bookstagram, and beyond, and our white-glove campaigns are in high demand. We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Campaign Manager to join our team and support client campaigns from start to finish.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage influencer marketing campaign execution (content tracking, creator coordination, reporting)
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (weekly performance review, optimization, client reporting)
- Build and document campaign processes and workflows
- Train and coordinate campaign associates
- Quality control across all campaign deliverables
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in campaign management, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Experience managing or overseeing paid social advertising (Meta/TikTok)
- Process builder - can create systems and train others
- Located in NC or VA
- Available as contractor (potential FT conversion in Q1 2026)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns
- Built teams or trained junior staff
- Book/publishing/creator industry experience
Compensation
- Base salary: $30 - $40 hour as contractor with FTE potential in 2026
Hours:
- 30-40 hours/week
Work arrangement:
- Remote with occasional in-person meetings in Raleigh preferred
