What You'll Do
- Install and replace residential windows and doors with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform both full-frame and insert-type installations according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
- Complete interior and exterior trim work, including aluminum wrapping, cedar, and LP finishes.
- Demonstrate skilled carpentry and cabinetry installation techniques with clean, precise results.
- Safely perform demolition and removal of existing windows, doors, and materials.
- Caulk, seal, and insulate for a high-quality, weather-tight finish.
- Operate a trim brake for aluminum bending and finishing details.
- Drive and manage company vehicles, including box trucks and trailers, when required.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and teammates to ensure satisfaction and job clarity.
- Maintain safe work practices and a clean job site at all times.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of carpentry experience focused on interior woodwork, cabinetry, or trim.
- 3 years of professional window installation experience, including both full-frame and insert replacements.
- Experience using trim brake equipment and installing aluminum, cedar, or LP exterior trim.
- Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and at heights.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills — this is a collaborative field role, not a solo workstation.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a box truck or pull a trailer.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
