What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Home Manager position at Called To Care?
The primary managerial duties for a Habilitation Group Home will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home caring for up 3 residents with a developmental disability. You will be supervising a lead staff and team of caregivers. You will be responsible for attending meetings, preparing monthly paperwork (medication logs, progress reports, objective tracking, etc.), transporting members to appointments and activities, training new staff, and understanding and implementation of the planning document. Experience is required. CPR/First aid, Articel 9 and Prevention and support certification are required. Free training is provided by the company for employees with missing certification.
Work Days:
Sunday - Wednesday, or Thursday-Saturday
Work Hours:
8am-8pm
