Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Channel Manager to join our team at CallCorp. As an innovative leader in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) industry, we are looking for a talented individual who can drive channel partner success and exceed aggressive sales targets and quotas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate and inspire C-suite to direct sales individuals with our OEM/White Label partners and contribute to our and their company's success and rapid expansion.
Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Channel Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in the CCaaS sector.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and initiatives to achieve aggressive sales targets and quota requirements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with C-Suite to front-line salespeople within channel partners, including Carriers, System Integrators (SIs), Unified Communications Companies, and Call Center BPOs, to drive engagement, loyalty, and mutual success.
- Sales Enablement: Provide comprehensive hands-on training, co-selling, and coordinate other company resources, and support to empower channel partners to effectively position and sell our CCaaS solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor channel partner performance, pipeline activity, and sales metrics to ensure alignment with both companies' goals and objectives.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reporting on channel performance, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and geographic regions for channel expansion and penetration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and customer success, to drive channel success and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development within the technology industry, preferably in CCaaS or related sectors.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and quota requirements.
- Strong understanding of the CCaaS market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans, initiatives, and programs.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Frequent travel is required.
OTE: $160,000 - $240,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
