What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trolley Driver position at Callaway Resort & Gardens?
Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests to Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights
- Assisting guests on and off the courtesy carts
- Educating guests about the experience of both events.
- Driving guests to and from the following locations:
- Circus Tent
- Trolley Loading
- Parking Lots
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to continuously lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
- This position is a seasonal position, and shifts will be given from September through the first week of January.
