Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Santa Claus, CA, involves serving as our Security Host. Your daily responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, monitoring access points and activities, assisting with guest inquiries, and patrolling the premises to deter potential risks. You will work closely with the team to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike, and may also respond to emergencies or incidents, providing support as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience or ability in safety protocols, responding to security incidents, and providing first aid when needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist guests and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, problem-solve effectively, and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment, access control systems, and basic security procedures.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a customer-facing role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or safety are a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
