What You’ll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Perform takeoffs and prepare cost estimates
- Create and manage project schedules
- Responsible for pulling permits and managing projects through all phases of the permitting process
- Coordinate with inspectors and ensure compliance
- Track budgets and report progress
- Supervise jobsite activities and order materials/equipment
