We are looking for dedicated, experienced, creative candidates with a positive attitude to join our team in a high-volume store. The position includes the following duties:
Skilled execution of floral design
Assisting other designers with event designs
Event flower installation
Excellent customer service skills
Taking orders and assisting customers with selections
Sales skills/up-selling
Shop merchandising/display experience
Knowledge of trends, social media, and activities relating to business
- Processing orders and inventory management
- Maintain a regular and reliable attendance record
- Must be a team player and be professional at all times.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing tasks with effective time management skills.
- Be able to work independently as needed.
- Be able to stand for up to 8 hours, including moving, bending and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Some weekend/holiday work required based on business volume or event work.
