Now Hiring: Bilingual Sales Associate
Callahan Auto Parts – Bonham, TX
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer text messages
- Assist customers with pricing and availability of auto parts
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Process payments (cash and credit card)
- Communicate with part pullers regarding parts to be removed
- Schedule and coordinate part deliveries
- Work with the team to meet sales goals and earn weekly bonuses
Compensation
- $14.00 per hour
- 40 hours/week guaranteed
- Weekly performance bonuses: $25–$500
- (Bonuses are earned individually, but teamwork is key!)
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle phone calls efficiently
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
Schedule
Current Shifts:
- Opening: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Closing: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM | Saturday 9:30 AM–4:30 PM
Starting March 9th (New Shift Schedule):
- Opening: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Mid: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Closing: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
- Saturday: Same as current schedule
