We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Farmington, CT, and play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across the organization
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and other HR tools
