Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will design and build intelligent applications leveraging modern AI/ML techniques, including LLM integrations, while contributing across both backend and frontend systems.
This role requires a combination of AI engineering, software development, and cloud-based architecture expertise, with a focus on delivering scalable and production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI/ML & Generative AI
- Design and develop applications leveraging AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs)
- Build and integrate AI-powered services, chatbots, and conversational agents
- Develop intelligent workflows using modern AI frameworks and APIs
Full-Stack Development
- Develop scalable backend services using C# (.NET) or equivalent OOP languages
- Build modern, responsive frontends using React.js
- Develop and integrate APIs and backend services (Azure Functions or similar)
Data & Systems
- Work with SQL or NoSQL databases for scalable data management
- Design robust data pipelines and backend systems
DevOps & Cloud
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability practices
- Work within cloud environments (preferably Azure)
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability
Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
- Ensure accessibility compliance and contribute to remediation efforts
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs)
- Proficiency in C# (.NET 5.0 or higher) or equivalent object-oriented programming
- Frontend development using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience building APIs and backend services (Azure Functions preferred)
- Strong understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases
- Experience building chatbots / conversational AI systems
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience designing and implementing AI Agents (MCP, A2A frameworks)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, telemetry)
- Experience with Azure cloud ecosystem
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7 years of experience in software development and AI/ML engineering
- Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions
