We provide a range of maintenance services ranging from service calls for small repairs to larger units turns and redevelopment projects.
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior maintenance person to join our team. The Maintenance Technician II is a full-time position for an individual with experience in housing and apartment maintenance, and general construction. You will be responsible for light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and making general repairs. You will be required to take on-call shifts. This job requires travel to various locations to perform the service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for residential, multifamily and commercial properties.
- Keep accurate records of workorders performed throughout the day.
- Accurately track time.
- Use ipad and designated apps when working to keep records.
- Perform carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, cleaning, and other work as needed.
- Perform some landscaping and apartment cleanout duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support operational demands.
