What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employment Litigation Attorney: 3–10+ Years’ Experience position at Call & Jensen?
Employment Litigation Attorney – 3–10 Years’ Experience
Call & Jensen, a premier Orange County litigation boutique established in 1981, is seeking experienced, knowledgeable, and independent-thinking attorneys to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to advocate on behalf of highly respected clients in employment, class action, and business litigation matters.
Our firm represents some of the nation’s most recognizable corporations as well as fast-rising companies. We have secured exceptional outcomes, including defense-side verdicts, judgments, and settlements, as well as seven- and eight-figure verdicts on the plaintiffs’ side.
We pride ourselves on a culture that fosters long-term careers. In fact, the majority of our associates spend their entire careers with us. As a result, our partnership track is shorter than at most larger firms. We're looking for attorneys who are passionate about the law and derive both personal and professional fulfillment from delivering outstanding results for our clients.
* Experience with wage and hour matters, class actions, and PAGA representative actions is a strong plus.
Why Join Call & Jensen?
We offer an environment designed to support professional excellence and long-term career satisfaction. Associates are expected to bill 1,800 hours annually, a metric designed to encourage work/life balance without compromising on quality.
Our hybrid work schedule offers meaningful flexibility while maintaining a strong sense of collaboration and team culture. Associates typically spend their first month in-office to immerse themselves in our systems and values—after which our hybrid structure is fully supported.
