Call Construction builds custom outdoor living spaces, hardscapes, landscapes, and fiberglass pools for homeowners across Middle Tennessee. We are looking for a Landscape Construction Technician who takes pride in hands-on work and wants to grow their skills in a design/build environment.

The work
You will work alongside our field team to build outdoor living projects that include patios, pavers, retaining walls, landscape features, outdoor kitchens, fire features, pools, drainage, grading, planting, sod, and lighting.
Your day-to-day work may include:
- Completing assigned construction and landscape installation tasks safely and to standard.
- Supporting site preparation, grading, drainage, hardscape installation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Reading basic plans and following direction from the Foreman and Project Manager.
- Using hand tools, power tools, compactors, and field equipment safely.
- Identifying material needs, jobsite problems, or safety concerns early.
- Protecting customer property and leaving each site clean, organized, and professional.
- Participating in daily huddles and keeping the crew informed about progress or blockers.
What success looks like
- Reliable production: You complete assigned daily work with steady pace and minimal repeated direction.
- Quality workmanship: Your work is completed to standard, with minimal rework and no avoidable punch-list items caused by execution.
- Professional jobsites: Tools, materials, access paths, and customer-facing areas remain organized and clean.
- Safe execution: You follow PPE and jobsite expectations, use equipment properly, and stop work when conditions are unsafe.

As you build reliability and technical skill, you will have the opportunity to take on more complex work, work with less supervision, and grow toward greater ownership in the field. Strong performance may lead toward skilled labor or future foreman responsibilities as the business grows.
