Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality is a plus
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using basic computer programs and software
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with requests, such as booking tours, transportation, or restaurant reservations
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
