Customer Service Representative

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and supporting manufacturing operations behind the scenes.Calisota Parts is a growing precision manufacturing company serving industrial and commercial customers nationwide.Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries (phone & email)Enter new orders and verify accuracy of customer PO detailsProvide lead times, order updates, and shipping notificationsCoordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and shipping to resolve issuesPrepare order confirmations, basic quotes, and required documentationAssist customers with part status, inventory questions, or changes to ordersMaintain accurate digital records and customer communication historyEscalate customer concerns or nonconformance issues as neededSupport general office and administrative duties as requiredRequired Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing customer service, order entry, or inside salesStrong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanorHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to read and interpret basic manufacturing information (part numbers, POs, etc.)Preferred Skills:Experience working with an ERP system (ProShop,JobBOSS, E2, Global Shop, MieTrak, etc.)Knowledge of machining processes or industrial manufacturingFamiliarity with production scheduling or supply chain flowAbility to interpret simple engineering printsExperience handling customer accounts or key-account communicationStrong problem-solving and follow-through skillsScheduleFull-time, Flexible hours availableOn-site position (hybrid options may be available)BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceGrowth opportunities as the company expandsSupportive, family-oriented team culturePaid time off & holidaysTraining provided This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while utilizing their communication talents and technical skills.
