Job Summary
The Football Coach is responsible for the overall supervision, instruction, and guidance of the school's football team. This role involves developing athletes' skills, promoting sportsmanship, and ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of all team members. The Football Coach will design and implement effective training programs, organize practice sessions, and lead the team in competitions, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. The Football Coach will also work with students, teachers, and the athletic director to evaluate student eligibility for the program. Applicant must have a sound philosophy of educational leadership based on strong character and decision making ability supported by sound judgement.

Requirements: Must posses a High School Diploma or equivalent Candidates must be able to pass a background check, clear a TB screening, and have a valid CA driver's license. Candidates will also be required to complete CIF Coach Trainings. First Aid, CPR and AED NFHS or ASEP Coaching Certificate, Concussion in Sports, Sudden Cardiac and Heat Illness Certifications
