Job Summary
Under direction of the Food Service Manager, serve as a lead assistant to prepare and cook main dishes, entrees and other food items in accordance with menu requirements; clean and wash utensils, equipment and food preparation and serving areas in accordance with health and safety regulations; train and provide work direction to assigned workers.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to graduation from High School supplemented by training in nutrition, sanitation and quantity food preparation and two years of increasingly responsible experience in cooking in large quantities.
Must clear criminal background check and tuberculosis assessment.
