We offer a distinguished infant/toddler, preschool & school-age program that supports the healthy development of children from 6 weeks through 5th grade. The California Foundations and Frameworks, along with our Creative Curriculum, form the core that guides us in our stellar educational approach. Our Ellis site is open Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM. It has a capacity of 56 school-age children in the afternoon and 24 preschoolers in the morning, as licensed by Community Care Licensing, across our two phenomenal classrooms.

Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our CYW Ellis team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
Responsibilities
- Day to day site operations at CYW Ellis (staff supervision, daily attendance, enrollment department policies and procedures, child licensing files, immunization data, reflection, ongoing modeling of classroom staff, ensures the completion of assessments, supports master teachers and associate teachers in all teaching models, approves lesson plans, does classroom observations, provides effective communication, manages ratios and coverage, etc.
- Is a member of the Leadership Team.
- Assistance with annual self-evaluation and Quality Matters.
- Ensures environments are developmentally appropriate and in compliance with Title 22, H&S code, Title 5 & CYW
- Attends meetings and trainings as required.

Qualifications & Skills
- BA required, MA preferred
- Site Supervisor permit required
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a supervisor in a licensed child development center
- Bilingual, biliterate is a plus
- Must be able to pass the California Criminal Clearance through Live scan
- Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, detail-oriented, flexible, multi-tasker, and driven towards quality
- Strong development and coaching skills
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in conflict management and resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Must present a neat and professional appearance
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
