Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Rancho Mirage, CA, for a Front Desk Manager. The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, creating invoices, accepting payments, and ensuring excellent patient interactions. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, managing administrative duties, and ensuring patient satisfaction by providing top-quality service in a professional manner. Acting as the first point of contact, the Front Desk Manager will represent the welcoming face of the institute.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Medical Office Administration and a track record of ensuring Patient Satisfaction
- Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties, including managing incoming calls and greeting patients
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and fellow practitioners
- Experience with managing and scheduling appointments effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor in a high-paced environment
- Familiarity with scheduling software or medical office systems is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or customer service are a plus
