Location: Remote / Telehealth
Schedule:
- Core hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Additional hours available for intakes, individual sessions, and extra groups
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Therapist to join our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This role provides telehealth-based group and individual therapy to adult clients experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual group therapy sessions in a structured IOP setting
- Provide individual therapy sessions as assigned
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in Kipu
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support treatment planning and continuity of care
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements
- Utilize Zoom to deliver engaging, clinically effective telehealth services
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and trainings as required
Requirements
- Active California registration or license:
- AMFT, ASW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist
- Experience providing group therapy (IOP or PHP experience preferred)
- Comfortable delivering therapy in a virtual/telehealth environment
- Proficient with or willing to learn Zoom and Kipu EMR
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace suitable for telehealth
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in IOP, PHP, or higher levels of care
- Experience working with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and/or substance use disorders
- Evening availability beyond core hours a plus
