Role Description The Estimator, Commercial Landscape Construction role is a full-time, on-site position based in Metropolitan Fresno, CA. - Experience with estimating software, spreadsheets, and reading construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of commercial landscape construction materials, methods, and local codes or standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Metropolitan Fresno, CA and coordinate across multiple concurrent bids.
- Previous experience in construction or landscape estimating; relevant technical training or degree is beneficial.
