What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at California Tool and Welding Supply?
We are seeking for a responsible person to fill the Inside Sales position. Responsibilities include receiving products, assist with by servicing walk-in customers with welding related purchases. Comply with DOT, OSHA, regulatory agency requirements, and company safety policies. The position is in Riverside.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the purchase of industrial gases, welding equipment, power and hand tools, and other supplies.
- Communicate with customers, sales staff, store manager, and the team on product inquiries, costs, orders status, delivery times, etc.
- Establish and maintain good internal and external customer relations.
- Restock merchandise and maintain showroom displays.
- Assist with the filling of propane.
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly working environment.
- Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed.
- Other duties as required.
Qualified candidate must have:
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Forklift certified a plus
- Ability to move gas cylinders 50 pounds
