Responsibilities
- Support customer and stakeholder outreach efforts, including email communications, event promotion, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Driving application engagement and processing application paperwork.
- Maintain outreach and marketing calendars, contact lists, and documentation to ensure timely and consistent communications.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support related to outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer outreach, business development, or administrative coordination.
- Education: Coursework in marketing, communications, business, environmental studies, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive, confident team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactively communicates issues and challenges
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and grow
- Initially 8-15 hours per week, with additional hours available in the summer
- Potential for full-time position in the future
Salary : $20 - $24
