Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Office Administration Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our human resources operations and office management, ensuring seamless HR processes, compliance, and efficient administrative support. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive work environment, streamline talent management initiatives, and uphold organizational standards. HR Responsibilities
- Track employee payroll hours and attendance.
- Monitor time-off requests and PTO balances.
- Maintain employee birthday records and coordinate birthday acknowledgments.
- Assist with employee hiring and termination processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Issue and collect company computers and other equipment from staff.
- Handle printing and preparation of business cards, name tags, and other office materials.
- Manage mailing, shipping, and receipt of office documents and packages.
- Provide general administrative and office support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in HR, office administration, or a similar role.
- Experience with payroll hours, timekeeping, PTO, and employee attendance tracking.
- Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, and employee offboarding/termination processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience maintaining confidential employee and HR records.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with California employment practices and HR requirements is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience managing company equipment, supplies, mailing, printing, and other general office functions.
