Department Information

The State Treasurer's Office is a small department located in the historical Unruh Building at 915 Capitol Mall, close to the State Capitol, public transportation and with parking garage options nearby. Job Description And Duties

Under the direct supervision and leadership of the Treasury Program Manager II, within the Financial Services Section (FSS), the incumbent has general knowledge and understanding of the long-term forecast and compensating balance desks and is able to assume responsibilities including creating reports, researching deposit information, compiling, organizing and verifying data. Able to efficiently work within the Fi$Cal system, the incumbent shows great attention to detail and accuracy in inputting financial information. Acts as a secondary liaison, with direct guidance, with the State Controller’s Office (SCO), Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and various State departments and agencies.
