Certification and Specialty Pharmacy experience are not required for this position. We welcome both experienced and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medication management for patients with complex chronic conditions requiring specialty medications, including ongoing monitoring and follow-up
• Offer personalized support to patients, involving:

          - Clinical counseling
          - Medication adherence monitoring
          - Side effect management

• Accurately review and dispense all medication orders
• Provide professional, courteous communication with patients, providers, and other stakeholders through telephone and electronic communication

What We’re Looking For

• *Required* Current, active and in good standing pharmacist license in the state of employment
• Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacy, nursing, and operations teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
