The CRC Accounting Department is seeking to fill an AP Analyst position to support our North operations. This position is located in Bakersfield, CA. The position is nonexempt with a base pay range of $60K-$75K.
The base annual salary for this posted position is expected to range from $60k - $75K, with a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. Individual pay factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match, Paid Holidays, FSA, HSA.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing escheat in Oracle, marking checks
- Void royalty payments
- Gather, process and enter property tax bills and payments
- Act as back up for AP helpdesk
- Gather data, complete and file quarterly 592s with Franchise Tax Board
- Assist with creation of annual 1099 for royalty owners
- Assist with internal/external audit requests
- Assist with process improvement initiatives for development, enhancement, upgrade, test, and maintenance of AP modules in CRC accounting system
- Other duties assigned as needs arise
- Interacts with AP Specialists, AP Coordinators, requisitioners, vendors, and financial analysts within the organization to provide team member support
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Demonstrate proactive attitude, take initiative, and strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, interact effectively in a team environment, and willingness to adapt to change
- Knowledge of Oracle R12
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
