As a Classification and Hiring Analyst you will be responsible for interpreting and applying applicable laws, rules, and regulations, reviewing Requests for Personnel Actions, out-of-class assignments, training and development assignments, proposed reorganizations, and more. Other opportunities include, but are not limited to, formulating, or revising classification specifications and allocation guidelines and working on special projects such as automation of the Request for Personnel Action process.
