Our Customer Education and Outreach Division (CEOD) is seeking an Analyst II within the Training Delivery team to design, develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive employer and member internal business rules and system instructor-led training for new and existing CEOD and Customer Experience Division (CXD) team members. Under the direction of a Supervisor I (Sup I), the Analyst II is responsible to assess training needs and deliver instructor led training, which includes myCalPERS system functions and usage, retirement program, health program, and all other CalPERS administrative program responsibilities laws, policies, procedures, and processes including Public Employees’ Retirement Law (PERL) and Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act (PEMHCA). Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
