We’re looking for a Customer Concierge (Inbound Lead Specialist) who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings positive energy to every interaction. You’ll be the friendly first impression of our brand, guiding new customers through the exciting first steps of creating their dream backyard. Every lead is inbound, so your focus stays on connection, not cold calling!
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist all new customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Accurately enter customer information and project details into our CRM
- Match customers with the Designer best suited for their project scope, site conditions, and design complexity
- Manage Designer calendars and set design consultations
- Maintain accurate notes, updates, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Be knowledgeable about California Pools & Landscape and discuss the services offered
- Manage and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Listen to customer requests and offer solutions or recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Help route non-sales inquiries to the right department
- Support the front office team as needed, including short front desk coverage
- Occasionally, travel to other Valley offices with mileage reimbursement provided
What You’ll Bring
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable first impressions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with a smile, sometimes with the possibility of interruption
- Attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, lead gen, or customer service, as well as 2 years of direct customer service experience, such as in a retail or administrative role.
- A proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and teammates with enthusiasm

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour D.O.E.
