Role Description
This full-time Sales Professional role is an on-site position based in Irvine, CA. The Sales Professional will identify and develop new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the company. The role requires proactive communication, effective negotiation, and the ability to align business needs with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills with experience in lead generation, account management, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Knowledge of plastic compounding and the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
