Overview
We are currently seeking a highly self-motivated, results-oriented individual to join our sales team. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a part-time or full-time position in the East Contra Costa area. This individual will be part of an organization that focuses on client satisfaction and customer service while building strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to complete responsibilities successfully and reliably with minimal supervision. This individual must reside within a reasonable commute of the office in Brentwood CA (94513). A flexible work schedule is possible; however, the position requires in person work in the Brentwood office location several days per week.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Research, find and identify potential networking partners and prospects.
· Calls on networking partners schedule appointments to establish and build strong relationships.
· Follow up on leads from various sources to assist in developing new business opportunities.
· Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
· Support outside sales activities by coordinating meetings and product demos with potential clients.
· Collaborate with the sales team on up selling initiatives and territory sales strategies to maximize revenue.
· Attend networking meetings to assist in developing relationships with networking partners and prospects.
· Distribute marketing material to prospects in the local community
· Participate in B2B sales activities, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients
· Follow up with prospective clients to assist in completing the sale.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
· Consistently and accurately update, maintain, and track data in CRM ·Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, follow-up, closed and lost opportunities, and adherence to goals.
· Any other duties assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Base Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
