The Challenge & Opportunity
As our Parent Support Services Manager, you'll orchestrate our Triple P-Positive Parenting In-home program and group classes while ensuring all programs meet grant requirements and quality standards. You'll mentor staff, develop training materials, manage complex budgets across multiple funding streams, and collaborate with community partners—all while staying true to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
- Prior experience managing non-profit program(s) or mental health related programs.
- Experience in developing and presenting training materials.
- Knowledge/experience with domestic violence; trauma, ACEs, parenting issues, child development, and family resources.
- Knowledge and experience in working with diverse populations, utilizing culturally responsive, strength-based strategies.
- Ability to supervise and collaborate with staff in a manner that is flexible and supportive yet ensures accountability.
- Ability to work in partnership with a strong leadership and a committed staff with high standards.
- Training in and familiarity with the Triple P Positive Parenting Program or other evidence-based practices for home visiting, Motivational Interviewing and Reflective Supervision.
- Advanced computer skills required, familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and ability to navigate new databases.
- Data quality management, data analysis & reporting.
- Grant writing experience is a plus.
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:

- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personnel and clients in a diverse community.
- Communications: express ideas clearly, concisely and effectively, both orally and in writing. Practice effective listening skills. Positively represents CPI to clients, employees, and other community providers.
- Ability to represent CPI at community meetings and to support community and CPI initiatives that improve the health of children and families.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supports staff to deliver trauma informed, evidence based services.
- Ensures compliance with all grants and data collection requirements.
- Tracks and manages budget and program expenditures.
- Creates teamwork among parent education staff, administrative support staff and leadership team in order to best carry out and meet the goals of the agency.
- Ensures consistency with professional ethics, laws and agency policies and procedures including consulting and guiding staff on suspected child abuse reports, ensuring compliance with mandated reporting requirements.
- Collaborates with HR to recruit and hire new staff; conducts interviews and manages orientation and training process.
- Conducts regular check-ins with staff to evaluate performance.
- Conducts coaching for job performance and, when necessary, progressive discipline and employment termination meetings.
- Coordinates training, conferences and other related educational opportunities for program staff.
- Attends relevant community meetings.
- Collaborates with community partners, for the purpose of service referrals.
- Participates in monthly CPI leadership team meetings.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift 25 lbs (supplies)
- Prolonged sitting and working on a computer and telephone.
