In this position you would be responsible for ensuring deals are quickly funded with all the financial institutions we work with. You would report to a Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience funding vehicle deals within a Dealership, required
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under shop insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)

Essential Duties, but not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute emails to all Lenders, handle all funding delays, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of all deals in a timely manner
- Update all deals and Unfunded list
- Liaison to handle requests and stipulations from our lenders and senior managers to fund all of our deals quickly and promptly
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $18.00-$21.00
