Under close supervision of the Assistant General Counsel, the Graduate Legal Assistant provides legal support for the Agency’s Multifamily and Single Family lending programs, including performing litigation duties, conducting statutory and regulatory research and analyses.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing real estate and financial documents in support of loan applications
- Drafting real estate and finance legal documents
- Research and analyze litigation and legislation relating to housing
