The Moniteau County R-1 School District (California, MO) - California High School in California, Missouri, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Head Football Coach to lead our high school football program for the 26-27 school year. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, uphold high standards of character, sportsmanship, and work ethic, and create an environment where student-athletes can develop athletically, academically, and personally. The successful candidate has strong leadership skills, is able to effectively communicate, teach, and implement fundamentals, schemes, and strategies. The head coach will be in charge of the budget, collaborate with the middle school program, and effectively communicate with the administration.
