Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. THIS POSITION IS FOR DEEP CLEANING TWICE PER MONTH. Staff member must be authorized to work in the US and have a clean criminal background check to be hired immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred, but we also provide training for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in residential cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and bathrooms, including appliance cleaning and sanitation
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques
- Ensure all areas meet the company's cleanliness standards and client expectations
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in residential or commercial settings
- Experience with carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures is a plus
- Background in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry roles such as housekeeper or cleaner is advantageous
- Skills in cooking are considered a bonus but are not required for this role
- Familiarity with laundry processes and custodial responsibilities enhances candidacy
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
