What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chinese Speaking Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist position at California Headache and Pain Center?
California Headache and Pain Center is one of the largest pain center in the southern California; is located in a newly remodeled building in San Gabriel.
Our office is growing and is needing more personnel.
We are looking for an office assistant, someone motivated, reliable, detail oriented, organized, friendly, and a team player.
Applicants must be able to speak and understand: Cantonese and Mandarin and have knowledge of computers.
Part-time positions.
- answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
- take and distribute accurate messages
- coordinate appointments with patients
- fax, scan and copy documents
- update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and patient's information
- retrieve information when requested
Education and Experience
REQUIRED: CANTONESE, MANDARIN AND ENGLISH.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Monday to Saturday
- Expected hours: 8 – 20hrs per week
