Job Description And Duties
Under the close supervision of the Administrator I, the incumbent is responsible for resolving complex technically difficult Business Entities (BE), Limited Liability Corporation (LLC)/Partnership, and Corporation accounts. The incumbent applies collection practices and due process to ensure compliance with tax laws. The incumbent applies the Revenue and Taxation Code, administrative regulations, and policy and procedures to maximize the collection of revenue. While providing exceptional customer service to taxpayers and tax professionals the incumbent is responsible for the thoroughness of their work and timely follow up.

- Knowledge of Business Entities (BE) laws, Revenue and Taxation Code, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge and experience in reviewing staff work on Taxpayer Folder, Case Management, Accounts Receivable Collection System (ARCS), and Business Entities Tax System (BETS) or similar systems.
- Business Entities (BE) collection experience.
- Experience using strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills to resolve problems.
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and tact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience working in a contact center (telephone).
- Ability to effectively deal with the public and establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated collaboration and customer service skills among internal and external customers.
- Ability to effectively plan, organize and manage your daily workload.
- Excellent work ethics and positive attitude.
