California Energy Initiative is hiring entry-level Door Taggers to support our growing solar and battery storage team across Northern California. This is the perfect first step into the solar industry — walk assigned routes place notices on doors, and start earning right away. Strong performers move up quickly into appointment setting and closing.
Responsibilities:
Canvass assigned neighborhoods on foot, including high fire-risk zones
Place CEI notices and tags on homeowner doors along your route
Hit daily route and tag goals
Represent CEI professionally in the field
Compensation & Perks:
$0.10 per tag placed
$350 per deal
20% commission on closed deals
