About the Role
California Earth Transport, Inc. is seeking a Labor Compliance Specialist to support our fast-paced construction trucking operations. This role focuses on certified payroll processing, labor compliance, and subcontractor tracking across multiple public works projects.integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit certified payroll (DIR, Davis-Bacon, union as applicable)
- Review wage rates, classifications, and fringe benefits for compliance
- Manage project setup and labor compliance requirements
- Track subcontractor payroll and compliance status
- Maintain accurate payroll records and audit-ready documentation
- Communicate with subcontractors, project managers, and agencies
Qualifications
- 2 years Certified Payroll / Prevailing Wage experience
- Experience with LCPTracker, DIR eCPR, or similar systems
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred: Construction industry experience | Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
