Requirements
- Experience installing custom shades, shutters, or drapery preferred; candidates with some hands-on experience and a willingness to learn are welcome
- Shade automation (motorized systems) experience required or strong mechanical aptitude and interest in training
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background check required
- Strong attention to detail, professional communication, and punctuality
Responsibilities
- Install motorized interior and exterior shades, woven romans, drapery systems, and shutters
- Take accurate on-site measurements and deliver high-quality installations
- Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure smooth installs
- Troubleshoot and service automated shade systems (training provided as needed)
