- Operate and calibrate advanced surveying equipment such as GPS units, 3D scanners, Trimble systems, and total stations to gather precise spatial data.
- Conduct land surveying tasks including ALTA surveys, topographic mapping, right-of-way delineations, and construction staking using GIS software like ArcGIS and MicroStation.
- Perform complex calculations involving trigonometry, geometry, algebra, and math principles to determine coordinates, elevations, and alignments critical for project success.
- Manage data collection workflows using CAD platforms like Carlson and Civil 3D; process survey data to produce detailed schematics and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications while maintaining detailed records of field activities and survey data.
Skills
