Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager II, the Staff Services Analyst supports the Department's printing and outgoing mailing needs by acting as the single point of contact to coordinate all work-products entered into a centralized program designed to track, calendar, and describe all workload scheduled to be printed or mailed by the CDTFA Print and Bulk Mail units, or distribution. The incumbent is the coordinator through-out the production process; from inception to delivery and is responsible for developing procedures and making recommendations regarding program alternatives with support as needed. The incumbent is also responsible for negotiating timelines with program and the Print and Bulk Mail units, inventory control, and usage projections. Overtime may be required to meet operational needs.

Under Government Code 14200, this position may be eligible for partial telework for eligible candidates residing in California. All telework/hybrid schedules require staff to report to the office a minimum number of days per week. Schedules are subject to change.
Currently, per the California Budget Act of 2025, all California Department of Tax and Fee Administration salaries are subject to the provisions of the State of California’s Personal Leave Program.
