Job Description And Duties

Patton State Hospital, Human Resources Department, is accepting applications for at least one (1) Limited Term, Full-Time Pre-Registered Dietitians. The positions are under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Nutrition Services.

The Pre-Registered Dietitian position is responsible for:

• The completion of comprehensive initial and annual nutritional assessments and follow up progress notes, consults, high-risk referral, team conference, and education groups.
• Interprets, develops, and implements modified diet prescription.
• Calculation and developing i ndividualized meal plans incorporating patient's prescription, allergies, and intolerances.
