The Information Systems Division works in collaboration with programs and county agencies, to provide solutions to systems that assist families access essentials such as, but not limited to, medical services, care providers, groceries, and transportation.
Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Manager I (ITM1), the Information Technology Specialist I (ITS1), Asset Management Lead, is responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the management of the organization's hardware and software assets and inventory, as well as providing advice, consultation, and analytical problem-solving assistance in complex end-user computing. This position's role encompasses various aspects of hardware and software asset tracking, compliance, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders. This position develops and implements the necessary procedures to record and track all organizational assets, including software licenses, hardware relocations, removals, and the performance of various pieces of computing equipment.

Special Requirements
