Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor based in Roseville, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The counselor will perform duties such as conducting assessments, developing vocational plans, providing rehabilitation counseling, offering career counseling, and engaging in case management. The role focuses on guiding individuals with disabilities on their journey toward independent living and meaningful employment within an integrated community setting.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Vocational Rehabilitation and Vocational Evaluation
- Strong skills in Rehabilitation Counseling and Case Management
- Experience in Career Counseling and developing individualized vocational plans
- Effective communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credential or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of services and resources for individuals with disabilities is a plus
