Job Description And Duties
Under the direction of the Supervisor II, Assistant Branch Chief of the PRIME Branch, the Supervisor I (Specialist), serves as a non-supervisory, highly skilled professional responsible for independently managing complex fiscal and budgetary functions. This includes leading the planning and oversight of program expenditures, developing and maintaining budget tracking systems, coordinating fiscal training for Branch staff, and providing high-level oversight of data system-related contracts. The incumbent plays a key role in fiscal strategy, compliance, and responsiveness, and may be required to work overtime without advance notice and participate in after-hour conference calls to respond to critical Department, Center and Division fiscal drills due to operational needs.
